Meredith Wilson is an experienced executive and professional mentor who blends deep leadership expertise with practical insight. With more than 25 years of mentoring leaders across the UK, Europe, MENA and Australia/NZ, she has worked with CEOs and senior leaders navigating complexity, sharpening leadership impact and creating capacity for what comes next.
Unlike many executive coaches, she brings 15 years of Executive and Board experience in ASX10 organisations, leading large teams through high-stakes challenges, crises, downturns and major transactions.
This is a tailored mentoring partnership designed to expand your perspective, strengthen your leadership and support the shifts that matter.
Program Details & Terms
- Duration: The program is designed to be taken over six months and is to be completed within twelve months.
- Format: Sessions are delivered online via Zoom or phone during business hours (Monday to Friday), supporting leaders across Australia and internationally and allowing mentoring to fit smoothly into your week. In-person sessions can be arranged by agreement, with travel costs covered by the client.
- Recordings and summaries: Sessions can be recorded and shared with you on request. With mutual consent, AI-generated summaries may be used to support your reflection and integrate key insights into your leadership practice.

Commitment & Results
Your progress comes from the depth of engagement and action you take. As your mentor, I provide guidance, perspective and challenge, while your success rests on your commitment to reflection and application between sessions. Outcomes depend on your engagement and practice.
Cancellations & Scheduling
- Rescheduling: Sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled.
- Late Notice: Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are forfeited.
- Late or No Show: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session is forfeited. If I am ever late, you will receive an additional one-hour mentoring session at no extra charge.
