Culture Activator™ terms
Enrolment. Enrolment gives the enrolled person twelve months of access to Culture Activator™, the Cultureshift™ Curriculum, the Masterclass replay, Culture Club and quarterly Office Hours, from the date of enrolment. Access is personal and logins are not shared. Enrolment is $5,000 plus GST per person, payable by card at checkout or by invoice. Enrolment is final and refunds are not offered.
Group rate. The group rate of $3,000 plus GST per person applies to five or more people from one organisation who enrol at the same time on a single invoice, arranged through team@meredithwilson.com.au. Enrolments made at other times are separate and do not count towards the five, and the group rate does not apply retrospectively.
In-house licence. Enrolment includes a twelve-month in-house licence, from the date of enrolment, for the organisation that employs the enrolled person. It covers using the Cultureshift™ tools, canvases and frameworks inside that organisation, with its own people. The in-house licence belongs to the organisation and does not move with a person. After the first twelve months, the organisation keeps using the tools only while it has an Accredited Culture Activator™ on its team or is working with Meredith Wilson. If the last accredited person leaves, use of the tools stops until another team member enrols and is accredited. Meredith Wilson's copyright notices stay on every tool.
Accreditation. Accreditation is optional and assessed by Meredith Wilson from a completed Cultureshift™ Master Canvas and a recorded pitch. It entitles the holder to describe themselves as an Accredited Culture Activator™ for ten years from the date it is awarded, and it goes with them between employers. A refresher renews it at the end of the ten years. Accreditation is a credential for the person and is separate from any licence.
Accreditation extension. Accreditation adds two years to course access and to the organisation's in-house licence, running from the date accreditation is awarded, while an Accredited Culture Activator™ is employed there. A new employer of an Accredited Culture Activator™ needs its own in-house licence, available for $5,000 plus GST for three years.
Completion and accreditation. Completion gives you the content and a completion certificate. Accreditation requires the assessed submission, and it is the only route to the two-year extension.
Practitioner Licence. The in-house licence covers your own organisation only. Using the Cultureshift™ methodology, tools and frameworks with clients requires a Practitioner Licence. The Practitioner Licence comes through its own program, Licensed Cultureshift™ Practitioner, with separate terms.
Intellectual property. All content, tools, canvases and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Meredith Wilson. Cultureshift™ and Culture Activators™ are trade marks of Meredith Wilson.
