About Meredith Wilson

Meredith Wilson is a culture expert, speaker and author who has spent more than twenty years leading transformation inside some of Australia's largest organisations, most recently as a senior executive at Wesfarmers, Australia's largest private employer. Capacity is the thread that runs through all of it: the clarity to think well and the energy to act, under real executive pressure.

She is also, by her own admission, a productivity junkie. She has tried every habit and hack so you don't have to, kept the ones that survive a full working week, credited where each came from, and built the frameworks she needed herself. Creating Capacity is the tested version of that work.
