With over 25 years of experience mentoring and coaching leaders across the UK, Europe, MENA, Asia, and Australia/NZ, I’ve worked with CEOs, executives, and emerging leaders to navigate complexity, identify strengths, gain clarity, and create capacity for impact.
Unlike many executive coaches, I’ve led at the Executive and Board level for over 15 years, guiding large teams in ASX10 organisations through high-stakes challenges—global crises, industry downturns, and major mergers, acquisitions, and divestments. I bring this experience into every mentoring conversation, helping leaders think strategically, lead with influence, and stay ready for what’s next.
