Access and accreditation terms

Content access and Culture Club run twelve months from enrolment. Accreditation extends them by a further two years, to three years in total.

Accreditation as a Culture Activator™ belongs to the individual. It is earned by completing the program and submitting a Cultureshift™ Master Canvas, with a video presenting it, assessed at executive standard. It travels with the individual.

Accreditation is the right to use. It covers the Cultureshift™ methodology, tools and frameworks with your own team and inside your own organisation. The organisation's right runs for ten years and holds through the accredited Culture Activator it employs.

A licence is the right to sell. Delivering the methodology to clients, or training others to deliver it, is the Licensed Practitioner pathway and is contracted separately.

An accredited Culture Activator who moves to a new organisation carries their accreditation with them. The right to use stays with the organisation where it was granted, for as long as its term runs.

Completing the course and becoming accredited are two different things. Completion gives you the content and a completion certificate. Accreditation requires the assessed submission. It extends your own access to three years, and it is what extends the right to use to your organisation.
