Is the recording available if I can't attend live?
Yes. All registered participants receive access to the recording for 30 days after the live session. The live experience is always richer as there's real interaction and discussion with other leaders but if something comes up, you won't miss out.
Who is the Cultureshift Masterclass for?
Any leader responsible for a team and the culture it experiences. That includes team leaders, managers, GMs, HR practitioners, and senior leaders across every sector and industry. There is no leader this session isn't relevant for. Every leader is leading a culture, whether deliberately or by default.
How is this different from Meredith's in-house sessions?
The content and approach are the same. When Meredith delivers Cultureshift inside organisations, she's typically working with an intact leadership team or executive group, or presenting at a leaders forum or conference, with the session bespoke to that audience, context, and industry.
The public masterclass brings together leaders from across different sectors and organisations. Meredith tailors accordingly. Many leaders find the cross-sector perspectives and discussion insightful and valuable.
