As the fabulous Lisa O'Neil says in her book, Everything You Want, we don’t spend enough time thinking about what we want.

- The value you bring to teams and organisations.
- How your unique strengths align with the roles or opportunities you’re pursuing.

Connection: Leveraging Your Network
The final piece of the CareerShift puzzle is connection. Who do you know? What do they know about you and what you can do? And perhaps most importantly, who do they know?
