Over two decades at executive and board level, she has led culture transformation across financial services, resources, retail and infrastructure, including senior roles with Wesfarmers. A published author, speaker and mentor, she works with senior leaders and their teams to shape cultures that build organisational capacity.
Pan White
Pan White is the Founder and Executive Director of the China-Australia Trade and Investment Council. For more than a decade, she has built the relationships and pathways that make international expansion possible across Australia, China and Southeast Asia. A respected thought leader and advocate for women in international business, Pan guides leaders through complex markets and meaningful partnerships.
Dr Elizabeth King
Dr Elizabeth King is one of Australia's leading authorities on leadership development. Over three decades, she has advised, coached and mentored leaders through complexity and change across some of the region's largest organisations. A PhD researcher and Amazon best-selling author, she brings rare depth to the question of how leaders perform under pressure.

In 2024, a small group of senior women leaders travelled to Beijing, Chengdu and Shanghai on the Leading Women Delegation to China. Across seven days they visited innovation precincts, met with local business leaders and explored the country's most significant cultural landmarks. The delegation confirmed what Meredith and Pan have long believed: that meaningful connection across cultures begins in person.
