Too often, success and failure pass us by without leading to growth. We get caught up in the outcome—celebrating the win or dwelling on the loss—and miss the lesson in between.

Growth mindset has become a bit of a buzzword, but at its core, it’s simple: growth is a choice. It’s choosing to learn when you hit adversity and when you land a win. It’s about seeing every experience as an opportunity to grow.
