What’s keeping you up at midnight or 3am?

For me, it’s this: how many leaders still underestimate the impact of their culture on their strategy.

Culture isn’t just a backdrop—it’s the engine. It shapes decisions, fuels execution, and determines how well your strategy will hold up when reality doesn’t match the plan.

As you carve out your strategy for the next 15 months (or even the next 15 days), take a moment to ask:

• How does our culture influence what’s possible?
• Are we leveraging our culture to accelerate the execution of our strategy, or are we fighting against it?

Strategy can set the direction, but culture determines how far you’ll go.
If culture is the wind, strategy is the sail—it’s worth checking which way the wind is blowing before you chart your course.
