You Don’t Need a Goal to Get Off Track
You don’t need to set a goal to get unfit or let unhelpful habits creep in—it happens quietly, almost without noticing.
Reflecting on the week (we made it!), I’ve realised a couple of those habits have made their way back into my routine. It’s a reminder of a belief I hold:
If you aren’t changing it, you’re choosing it.
This weekend, I’m choosing to get back on track. I’m choosing positive, healthy habits that align with where I want to be—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
Change doesn’t have to wait for Monday or next month. It starts with a decision to shift, even in small ways, today.
