Are you spending this weekend wondering if you should stay or go?

• Try to get somewhere that offers perspective—spend time in nature or find a view where you can see the bigger picture.
• Make a list of pros, cons, and considerations about making a move.
• Avoid a binary bind. Generate at least 10 options to move beyond feeling stuck between two choices.
• Reflect on your strengths and what you already know (and who you know). Could this open up a new direction?
• Connect, connect, connect! Talk it through with others—you’ll be surprised how many opportunities surface when you involve your network.
