Leadershift: A Celebration of Growth and Leadership

The last two days in Canberra have been a whirlwind of reflection, celebration, and meaningful connection. Wrapping up the final sessions of Leadershift programs with both the Executive Team and the Leadership Accelerator groups has been a privilege, culminating in graduation dinners that celebrated not just the end of a program, but the remarkable shifts made over the past nine months.

Today, we marked another milestone as the third cohort of ELT direct reports graduated—a testament to the ripple effect of leadership development. It’s always inspiring to work alongside CEOs who understand the profound connection between leadership and culture, and who invest in building connection, capability, and commitment across their teams.

Shifting culture isn’t about chance—it’s intentional. It’s about doing the work, together, with purpose.
