Leadershift is a six-month leadership learning experience focused on modern leadership and modern ways of leading. It builds capability, and it is designed to invite leaders to question assumptions and shift how they lead in practice. It acts as a catalyst for cultural change. Good leadership development informs. The best leadership development moves people. Leadershift is designed to do both.
Three in person Workshops - one full day to kickstart, half day at mid point and to end the program.
