Leading Culture

You are the one leading this shift.

Leading Culture makes sure you are ready for it.

Culture change in an organisation does not happen by itself, and it does not happen by outsourcing it. It happens when the executive leading it has a clear system, a deliberate plan and the support to sustain the shift over time.

Leading Culture is a culture development program. The focus is the culture of your organisation: how to read it clearly, shift it deliberately and embed it into the structures and practices that make change last.

You are building the system to lead the shift yourself, supported by Meredith's methodology, direct guidance and a curated cohort of peers navigating the same terrain.

Leading Culture is where Meredith's methodology becomes your practice.

Meredith Wilson — culture expert, speaker, and author

Executives leading a significant culture shift, with the structure and support to do it themselves.

You might be a CEO or founder who needs to shift culture as the organisation scales and wants a system for doing it that lasts beyond your tenure. A GM or business unit leader who is accountable for a culture that needs to change, without the luxury of waiting for organisation-wide alignment. A senior executive leading a transformation where culture is the variable that determines whether it succeeds or stalls.

Leading Culture is also for senior HR leaders who are the architects of a significant culture shift. If your role is to design the system, support the executive team and sustain the momentum of the change, this program gives you the methodology, the depth and the peer community to do that at the level it requires. This is the culture shift you will lead once in your career. Leading Culture ensures you are ready for it.

This program is for leaders who are prepared to do this themselves, supported by expert structure and guidance. It is not suitable for consultants, early career HR professionals or early career leaders.

You might be:

  • An executive integrating culture with strategy and delivery
  • A business unit leader who can't wait for organisation-wide culture change
  • An HR leader building capability to lead culture transformation across the organisation
  • A CEO or founder wanting to shape culture deliberately as you scale
  • A senior leader tasked with shifting culture.

This program is for leaders who want to lead culture with their teams, supported by structure and guidance.

It's not for leaders looking to outsource culture work or hand it to consultants. The program is not suitable for consultants, early career HR or early career leaders.

For executives ready to lead a culture that works for them, not against them.

Most leadership programs ask you to step away from your day-to-day. This one works with it.

Four components. One integrated system for leading culture change.

Designed for executives with real accountability for culture outcomes and no spare time for programs that don't deliver.

Culture Activator™

Your methodology foundation. Before you lead a culture shift, you need a deliberate working model for how culture operates: what shapes it, what sustains it and what it takes to shift it at scale. The Culture Activator™ builds that model. You arrive at every strategy session and Culture Lab with the language, the frameworks and the diagnostic tools already in place.

6 Ă— Culture Strategy Sessions

Six private sessions across the year where you and Meredith work directly on your organisation's culture shift. You bring your culture plan, your canvases, your live challenges, your stuck points. Meredith brings twenty years of culture transformation experience across some of Australia and New Zealand's most complex organisations. These sessions are where your culture plan is built, refined and pressure-tested against reality.

10 Ă— Culture Labs

Monthly group sessions where the methodology meets reality. You bring what is live in your organisation: a culture pattern that's resisting, a structural change you're trying to embed, a leadership team still finding alignment. Your cohort (GMs, Heads of People, senior executives all leading significant culture shifts) push your thinking, share what they're seeing and offer the perspective of peers working at your level.

Culture Club

Your resource hub between sessions. Session replays, curated tools, peer connection and a season pass to Meredith's public online programs throughout the year. Includes the Leading Culture Toolkit and a signed copy of Shift.

Time commitment: two to three hours per month on average. Designed to work within the demands of an executive calendar.

A plan, a system and the capability to lead this shift for the long term.

A culture plan for your organisation.

Built specifically for your context, tested against your real situation over twelve months and ready to lead.

A system for embedding the shift.

The structures, rituals, language and practices that make culture change visible and sustainable across your organisation.

The capability to lead this without outsourcing it.

The methodology, the tools and the confidence to sustain the culture shift yourself and develop the leaders around you to do the same.

The language to keep others accountable.

The ability to speak about culture to your board, your executive peers and the leaders in your organisation with precision and commercial credibility.

The return on getting culture right compounds across every decision, every challenge, every leader in your organisation.

You will leave with the clarity, capacity and cut through to lead a culture worth belonging to.

Twenty years inside culture transformation, working directly with executives through the hardest moments of the shift.

Meredith Wilson spent twenty years as a senior executive inside some of Australia's most complex organisations. As a former senior leader of Wesfarmers, Australia's largest private employer, she led through transformation, scaled teams through growth and navigated the culture work that doesn't appear on strategy slides.

She is the author of Shift and the creator of the Cultureshift™ methodology. For twenty years, she has worked directly with executives leading significant culture shifts: in the room, on the hard questions, through the moments when the shift gets complicated.

In Leading Culture, Meredith works directly with you. She leads every strategy session, every Culture Lab, every conversation in the program herself.

Leading Culture is where that expertise becomes your practice.

Leading Culture Program FAQs

Who is this program for?

Leading Culture is for executives accountable for shaping, shifting and scaling culture. This includes C-suite, executives, business leaders, founders and HR leaders who want the depth, structure and guidance to lead culture with clarity, capacity and cut through.

You might be:

  • An executive integrating culture with strategy and delivery
  • A business unit leader who can't wait for organisation-wide culture change
  • An HR leader building capability to lead culture transformation across the organisation
  • A CEO or founder wanting to shape culture deliberately as you scale
  • A senior leader tasked with shifting culture

This program is for leaders who want to lead culture with their teams, supported by structure and guidance. It's not suitable for consultants, early - mid career HR or leaders.

What if I can’t attend everything live?

All live sessions are recorded and available in the Leading Culture Club. Strategy sessions are scheduled around your availability. The program is designed to work with your calendar, and you'll stay connected and current whether or not you attend every session live.

When does the program run?

Culture change doesn't wait for a convenient start date, and neither does this program. Leading Culture is purposefully designed to give you immediate access to support and content from the moment you join, while protecting the trust and dynamic of the peer group.

When you join, you start immediately. Your first strategy session with Meredith is scheduled straight away and you begin working through the Culture Activator, a self-paced program covering the frameworks and tools for shaping and shifting culture. This is the foundation you'll draw on throughout Leading Culture and beyond.

You step into the Labs and the full Leading Culture Club at the next intake, in May, July or October.

Applications are accepted year round and reviewed within 48 hours. If the timing isn't right for the next intake, you can reserve your place for the one that suits you best.

Can I use this program with my whole team?

Leading Culture is designed for individual executives. We limit participation to one person per organisation per intake to keep the group dynamic open, balanced and safe for real conversation.

If you're looking to support a broader leadership team or organisation, Meredith works in-house with executive teams as a speaker, mentor and Culture Partner. Get in touch at team@meredithwilson.com.au.

Is there a payment plan option?

Yes. Three payment options are available at checkout when paying by card:

  • $18,950 once off
  • $3,160 per month for 6 months
  • $5,000 on commencement, then $2,325 per month for 6 months

All prices include GST. If you prefer to pay by invoice, contact us at team@meredithwilson.com.au.

How much time does the program require?

The rhythm is deliberate and designed to fit an executive calendar.

  • 10 x Culture Labs: 60 minutes, held monthly February to November
  • 6 x Strategy Sessions: scheduled across the year at your pace
  • Culture Activator modules: self-paced, complete in your own time
  • Leading Culture Club: available when and how you need it

Most participants invest 2 to 3 hours per month in the program itself. Culture work with your team is designed to integrate into the rhythms you already have.

What’s included in the program?
  • Culture Activator (15 months access)
  • 6 x Strategy Sessions with Meredith
  • 10 x Culture Labs
  • Season Pass to Meredith's public online programs
  • Leading Culture Toolkit
  • Leading Culture Club
  • Signed copy of Shift
How do time zones work?

Live sessions are held Fridays 10:00am AEST (Brisbane). Here’s how that translates:

  • ANZ: Business hours (ideal)
  • Southeast Asia: 8:00am - 9:00am start (workable)
  • Europe: 2:00am - 4:00am (asynchronous recommended)
  • US East Coast: 8:00pm - 10:00pm (evening sessions)
  • US West Coast: 5:00pm - 7:00pm (late afternoon)

If you’re outside ANZ or SE Asia, you’ll have full access to session replays, tools, and optional 1:1s in your timezone. The program works well for self-led, reflective leaders who don’t need to attend everything live to get traction.

Can more than one person from my organisation join the same cohort?

Leading Culture is designed for individual executives. We limit participation to one person per organisation per intake. This keeps the group dynamic open, balanced and safe for real conversation.

What happens after the 12 months?

When your program year concludes, you'll have the option to continue as a Leading Culture alumni through an ongoing membership to the Leading Culture Club. You'll stay connected, retain access to tools, resources and live sessions as the program evolves, for $500+GST per month. Entirely your call.

How do I apply?

Applications for Leading Culture are reviewed within 48 hours. You’ll receive a reply within 7 business days. If we’re not familiar already, you’ll also have the option to book a short call before confirming your place. Applications are reviewed for suitability and fit.
