Shape, shift and scale culture from inside the organisation.
Culture Activator is a 12-week program you run at your own pace, with twelve months of access. Everything opens the moment you enrol: the full Cultureshift methodology, with the tools and frameworks to shape, shift and scale culture as deliberate, sequenced work.
You move through three parts. Shape culture, and read what is actually there. Shift culture, on purpose. Scale culture until leaders across the organisation lead it in their own words.

In-house licence and accreditation
Enrolment includes a twelve-month in-house licence for your organisation to use the Cultureshift tools and frameworks with its own people. Your organisation puts the method to work while you learn it.
Accreditation is optional and assessed by Meredith. It recognises you as an Accredited Culture Activator for ten years, and it belongs to you, so it goes with you wherever you work. It also adds two years to your organisation's in-house licence and your access, from the date you are accredited. The full terms are set out at checkout.

How much does Culture Activator cost?
$5,000 plus GST per person ($5,500 including GST), by card at checkout or by invoice. Five or more people from one organisation, enrolling at the same time on a single invoice, are $3,000 plus GST each. Email team@meredithwilson.com.au to arrange it.
How long does it take?
The route runs over twelve weeks: ten weeks of content and two practice weeks. It is self-paced, with twelve months of access, so you can move faster when the work is urgent or take a module a month while your organisation catches up.
Who is Culture Activator for?
People doing culture work in-house: in HR, People and Culture or OD, in change or transformation, or wherever culture work has landed. Executives leading a shift across a whole enterprise join Leading Culture, which includes Culture Activator.
What do I finish with?
Your Cultureshift Master Canvas, a one-page culture plan for your organisation. It names the culture as it is, the culture you are choosing, the shifts that connect them and how you will activate, align and accelerate them. You also receive a completion certificate.
What is accreditation?
Accreditation is optional. You submit your Master Canvas with a recorded pitch, and Meredith assesses every submission herself. Accredited Culture Activators keep the credential for ten years, and it goes with them from role to role.
What does the in-house licence cover?
Enrolment includes a twelve-month in-house licence for your organisation to use the Cultureshift tools, canvases and frameworks with its own people, from the date you enrol. Accreditation adds two years from the date you are accredited. Delivering the methodology to clients needs a Practitioner Licence, which comes through its own program, Licensed Cultureshift Practitioner.
How do Office Hours work?
Four times a year, Culture Activators bring real problems to a live group session with Meredith. Bring your canvas, bring a question or come and listen. Dates are posted in Culture Club.
Can my team do it together?
Yes. People working the same shift move faster together, and their canvases sharpen each other. Five or more people from one organisation, enrolling at the same time on a single invoice, are $3,000 plus GST each. Email team@meredithwilson.com.au to arrange it. Can we bring Culture Activators in-house?
Yes. Culture Activators in-house accredits a cohort of 20 of your own people together. It opens with a three-day train-the-trainer with Meredith, then three half-day forums across twelve months that connect your Culture Activators as they lead the work. Your Activators run Culture Immersion Workshops and Team Culture Workshops across the organisation. The online program and a ten-year in-house licence are included.
